Our Corporate Services & Business Advisory team advises on issues across your entire business, from structuring through to launching into new territories. Their work ensures that your business complies with the laws and regulations of Vanuatu (Onshore) or internationally (Offshore), providing front-line guidance and support on decisions that impact your growth every day.
How we work.
AJC Corporate Services and Business Advisory is split into two functional teams: Local Services (Onshore) and International Corporate Services (Offshore). The Onshore team manages all matters relating to compliance in Vanuatu, whereas the Offshore team handles all legal and compliance matters for international companies.
Both teams are very experienced with excellent interpersonal skills, and act sensitively and innovatively to resolve client issues. The strength of our teams comes from their mix of generalists and specialists, together crafting innovative solutions to legal questions that arise across the business.
How we collaborate.
Onshore and Offshore work closely as a team to support one another, sharing knowledge using tools including Slack and an internal knowledge base. Regular sessions are held on topical, business-relevant subjects, to ensure all employees are up to date with the most current advice and practices. For all further professional development and mentorship, regular one-to-one sessions are scheduled between managers and juniors.

Corporate Services Manager
Our Corporate Services Managers are responsible for managing the systems that help our clients make an impact, both here in Vanuatu and internationally. Our managers are highly qualified, organized, and efficient with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Executive Secretary and Compliance Officer
Responsible for supporting executives, management and the entire departments. Our Executive Secretaries performs administrative support, organizational and customer service tasks to ensure the professionals they assist have all the resources they need. This includes scheduling, drafting correspondence and emails, welcoming visitors, routing calls, and answering questions and requests.
Offshore Services Secretary
The role of our Offshore secretaries is to perform skilled clerical work and provide general secretarial support to department managers. Our Secretaries are responsible for assisting in International Corporate Services and facilitating communication between AJC and our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision.
Onshore Administrative Services Secretary
Our Onshore secretaries perform skilled clerical work, and provide general secretarial support to department managers. Our Secretaries are responsible for assisting in Vanuatu Corporate Services and facilitating communication between AJC and our local clients. This position is ideal for someone who speaks Bislama, English and French, are able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision.
Onshore Administrative Services Assistant
Our onshore assistants perform highly qualified office work and support department heads and secretaries on all ongoing client files. Our assistants must be dynamic, responsive and prioritize tasks as they arrive and able to work without supervision.
Intern
We offer interns a real-world experience in the biggest corporate services firm in Vanuatu. Under the supervision of our managers and staff, interns can expect to participate and assist with daily tasks and activities. We expect our interns to be motivated team players, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn and improve.
