Martin St-Hilaire, Managing Partner of the firm is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) member of the Institute of Canadian Chartered Accountants. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Laval University, Quebec, Canada, Martin has extensive experience in Accounting, Audit and Financial Management, having previously worked for “big four” accounting firms in Canada (Arthur Andersen/Deloitte) and New Caledonia (KPMG). Martin has been a Vanuatu Resident since 2003 and he is currently the Chairman of the Vanuatu Financial Centre Association (

Manager Corporate Services and Head Manager of Compliance

Marine Dondelinger-Mathis is the Head Manager of the Offshore Corporate services department of AJC and Head Manager of compliance. She is a law graduate from the Universities of Nancy and Lyon (France) and has Master’s degrees in Corporate Law and Banking and Financial Law. Before joining AJC, Marine worked in one of the top-tier law firms in Luxembourg and in the banking area of Luxembourg. Her practice focused on the regulated investment funds areas and on corporate law. In Vanuatu, Marine takes care of both the offshore and onshore corporate services of AJC.

Olivier Weber has a degree in Law (University of Aix-en-Provence) and Political Science (University of Lyon). Olivier joins AJC with more than twenty years of experience in corporate and commercial law at Belnet & associés, a historic Marseille law firm (now a member of the Fidal group).

Marc-Antoine Morel worked for fifteen years with the United Nations throughout the world, first as legal advisor for the Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna and after as technical adviser/project Manager for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Geneva, Dakar and Amman.

Marc-Antoine Morel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in international law and international administration.

Senior Audit and Accounting Manager

Damien graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). Damien has worked in public practice and commercial roles for over 15 years, holding CFO and senior management positions at various companies in Australia and Vanuatu.

Audit and Accounting Manager

Cedric Pheu completed his BTS in Accounting and Management in Port Vila and New Caledonia. He has worked as an accountant in several sectors for more than 10 years in France, New Caledonia, Australia and more recently Vanuatu. He is from Vanuatu and is trilingual in French, English and Bislama.

Accounting and Audit Senior

Carly Kempf has her Masters of Science Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA. She worked previously for 4 years in the Financial Services industry as well as 2 years as an Oil and Gas Accountant. Carly speaks English and French.

Manager Audit & Accounting

After graduating from University of Pierre-Mendes Grenoble France, with a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies, and a Masters Degree in Accounting & Auditing, Pierre-Yves joined AJC o support the Audit & Accounting division. Certified with Xero, Pierre-Yves will assist you with your company and will introduce you to Xero’s innovative accounting software and its add-ons. Providing you more freedom and control, you will be able to focus on the heart of your business and its development. Bilingual (English/French), Pierre-Yves remains at your disposal at any time.

Executive Secretary

Executive secretary since October 2006 for AJC, Marie-Paule is a CPA graduate, having obtained certification in 1986 from the National Institute of Technology of Vanuatu. She is trilingual in French, English and Bislama.

At AJC, Marie Paule takes care of the following services :
Follow up with lands records; Immigration services (Business visa, special category visa, extended visitor visa, permanent residency visa, etc); Work permits; Business Licence applications; Liquor licenses.

Secretary - Onshore Administrative Services

Nathalie joined the advisory department of AJC in November 2008. She liaises on a regular basis with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and with the different departments of the Government of Vanuatu.

She looks after the following services:Local company formations; Local company renewals; Filing of annual returns; Applications to obtain foreign investment approval certificate (FIAC) from the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority (VIPA); Restructuring of companies (change of shareholding / change of directorship); Registration of business names; Renewal of business names.

External Communication Coordinator

Pierre-Luc has a master’s degree in Sciences of Communication from Université de Montreal where he taught for 5 years after finishing his studies. In Canada, he managed a small communication company specialising in Web communication and online advertising. He moved to Vanuatu in 2017. He is fluent in French and English.

Secretary - Onshore Administrative Services

Simone joined AJC in February 2013. At AJC, Simone looks after the following services:

– Applications to open bank accounts;
– Management of insurances for clients;
– Incorporation of Charitable Associations;
– Incorporation of Foundations;
– Payroll management for clients.


Gina Mulonturala started at the firm in January 2016. She graduated from the University of New Caledonia (UNC) with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Management. Gina has distinguished herself with her capacity to maintain strong relationships with our clients. She handles monthly declarations (VAT, VNPF) will respect your deadlines. Gina is a Xero Certified consultant, and is fluent in French, English and Bislama, allowing her to communicate easily with all our clients.


Leyla Niowenmal started at the firm in March 2015 after graduating from Gisborne Girls’ High School (New Zealand) with a certification of NCEA Level 3. Originally from Malekula island, Leyla is fluent in French, English and Bislama which is an advantage in her relationships with our client base. She is currently completing a Masters Degree in Accounting at a New Zealand university. With a strong work ethic and desire to constantly learn and improve, Leyla provides a professional, friendly service which is recognized by our clients.

Personal Assistant - Offshore and legal services

Marie Brenda Pipite is part of the corporate department of AJC. She mainly takes care of the offshore structures and international companies. She liaises on a regular basis with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit in order to make the structures incorporated by AJC fully compliant with Vanuatu regulation. Marie Brenda Pipite is fluent in French, English and Bislama.


Diana joined AJC in June 2009 as a receptionist. She participates in bookkeeping, account reconciliations and completes company payrolls. Diana is trilingual in English, French and Bislama.


Originally from Pentecost Island, Marie-Claudie studied accounting at Taki Vocational School. She has extensive audit experience, having been an auditor for more than 10 years. Marie-Claudie is the firm’s lead auditor and takes great pride in her work. She focuses on  understanding the nature of the client’s business, as well as maintaining an excellent relationship with the firm’s audit clients. Marie-Claudie is tri-lingual (English, French, Bislama).


Sara Harry joined our team as an accountant in January 2017. After graduating from Lycée Français of Port-Vila (Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio), Sara decided to pursue her tertiary studies in Fiji to improve her English. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Social Administration with distinction from the University of Toulouse Capitole 1. Sara is trilingual (French, Bislama and English) and eager to assist every client with their accounting needs.

Secretary - Offshore and legal services

Catherine is part of the corporate department of AJC. She obtained a Degree of bachelor of Laws in 2014 from the University of South Pacific and is now focusing on the offshore and legal files of AJC. Catherine is fluent in French, English and Bislama.


Originally from Malakula Island, Lydie Manwo started at the firm in June 2017. Lydie is part of the offshore corporate services team. She is trilingual in French, English and Bislamar.


Stéphanie Mankon started at the firm in December 2017 as an accountant. She completed two years in accounting and management in New Caledonia in 2013. Stephanie is originally from the island of Ambrym and is fluent in French, English and Bislama.


Rona Naunga graduated with a degree in accounting and economics from the University of the South Pacific. She joined AJC in February 2018. Rona is originally from Epi Island and is fluent in English and Bislama.


Lucie Virega started at AJC in March 2018 as an accountant. She is originally from Pentecost Island and is fluent in English, French and Bislama.


Clayberman Molgos graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management from the New Caledonian Chamber of Commerce. He gained two and a half years of experience at MGVAN Expertise Comptable (Accounting firm in New Caledonia). He is Fluent in both French and Bislama.
