Marie Eve Chabot is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CA-CPA) member of the Institute of Canadian Chartered Accountants. Marie Eve started her career in BIG five Accounting firms (Arthur Andersen and Deloitte). She has cumulated nearly 20 years experiences in Finance and Accounting roles in the Bank, technology and service industries. She joined AJC in 2019 to experience a new challenge after working 12 years supporting the development of BRED Bank in Vanuatu, one of the leading banks in the country. Since 2017, Marie Eve acts as honorary consul of Sweden in Vanuatu.
Our director Martin St-Hilaire is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a member of the Institute of Canadian Chartered Accountants. After obtaining an Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Laval University in Quebec City, Martin honed his skills at several “Big 4” accounting firms in Canada (Arthur Andersen/Deloitte) and New Caledonia (KPMG). He became a resident of Vanuatu in 2003 and was naturalized Ni-Vanuatu in 2017. Martin’s been a key player in the country’s financial industry, not only in his role at AJC but also as Chairman of both the Financial Centre Association (since 2015) and the Financial Markets Association (since 2020). He also sits on the boards of a number of Vanuatu businesses including Pacific Private Bank, 83 Islands Distillery, Kacific Broadband Satellites, PDTC (the firm behind the Yumiwork incubator and co-working space); and he’s a partner in Singapore-based global mobility firm EC Holdings. Since 2022, Martin acts as honorary consul of the principality of Monaco in Vanuatu.
Marine Dondelinger-Mathis is Director, Head Manager of the Offshore Corporate services department of AJC and Head Manager of compliance. She is a law graduate from the Universities of Nancy and Lyon (France) and has Master’s degrees in Corporate Law and Banking and Financial Law. Before joining AJC, Marine worked in one of the top-tier law firms in Luxembourg and in the banking area of Luxembourg. Her practice focused on the regulated investment funds areas and on corporate law. In Vanuatu, Marine takes care of both the offshore and onshore corporate services of AJC.
Ashan holds the Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation in Sri Lanka and possess the Associate membership of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Australia. I graduated with a degree in Management , specializing in Business Administration, from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka. I am also a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and a registered Corporate Secretary in the Sri Lankan government. He joined AJC since June 2024 and he is the Manager in Audit and Accounting division. He speaks English & Sinhala.
Candice Benard got her Brevet des techniciens supérieurs (BTS) in business and marketing in New Caledonia. She worked in the insurance industry for 4 years in New Caledonia and 6 years at Westpac and BSP as a Senior Relationship Manager with a portfolio of 300 clients. Candice also has experience managing small businesses in Port Vila.
Marie Paule Nabon is Executive secretary since October 2006 for AJC, Marie-Paule is a CPA graduate, having obtained certification in 1986 from the National Institute of Technology of Vanuatu. She is trilingual in French, English and Bislama. At AJC, Marie Paule takes care of the following services : Follow up with lands records; Immigration services (Business visa, special category visa, extended visitor visa, permanent residency visa, etc); Work permits; Business Licence applications; Liquor licenses.
Nathalie Lawac joined the advisory department of AJC in November 2008. She liaises on a regular basis with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and with the different departments of the Government of Vanuatu.
She looks after the following services: Local company formations; Local company renewals; Filing of annual returns; Applications to obtain foreign investment approval certificate (FIAC) from the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority (VIPA); Restructuring of companies (change of shareholding / change of directorship); Registration of business names; Renewal of business names.
Olivier Weber has a degree in Law (University of Aix-en-Provence) and Political Science (University of Lyon). Olivier joins AJC with more than twenty years of experience in corporate and commercial law at Belnet & associés, a historic Marseille law firm (now a member of the Fidal group).
Simone Taga joined AJC in February 2013. At AJC, Simone looks after the following services: – Applications to open bank accounts; – Management of insurances for clients; – Incorporation of Charitable Associations; – Incorporation of Foundations; – Payroll management for clients.
Marie Brenda Pipite is part of the corporate department of AJC. She mainly takes care of the offshore structures and international companies. She liaises on a regular basis with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit in order to make the structures incorporated by AJC fully compliant with Vanuatu regulation. Marie Brenda Pipite is fluent in French, English and Bislama.

Catherine Amusen is part of the corporate department of AJC. She obtained a Degree of bachelor of Laws in 2014 from the University of South Pacific and is now focusing on the offshore and legal files of AJC. Catherine is fluent in French, English and Bislama.
I graduated at Vanuatu Chamber of commerce in 2011 with certificate in Management & Finance and in 2010 I graduated at Vanuatu Institute of Technology with a Certificate in Information Technology and I joined AJC on September 2022.
Originally from Malekula Island, Lydie Manwo obtained a Management and Finance certificate from the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce, after graduating from Lycee Antoine de Bougainville,
Lydie started at the firm in June 2017. Lydie is part of the offshore corporate services team. She is trilingual in French, English and Bislamar.
Pierre-Luc Chabot has a master’s degree in Sciences of Communication from Université de Montreal where he taught for 5 years after finishing his studies. In Canada, he managed a small communication company specialising in Web communication and online advertising. He moved to Vanuatu in 2017. He is fluent in French and English.
Aaron Taravaki has started working for AJC Digital in Feb 2022. He has completed 3 years of Computer Science study at Edwards Computer Foundation, Port Vila from 2013 – 2015 and has an Advanced Diploma in Information Systems.

Diana Salwai joined AJC in June 2009 as a receptionist. She participates in bookkeeping, account reconciliations and completes company payrolls. Diana is trilingual in English, French and Bislama.
Anne-Laure Bosson immigrated from France to Canada in 2010 and graduated from HEC Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2014. Anne-Laure is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada. Before joining AJC, Anne-Laure worked in the top employers accounting firms in Montreal as an auditor, but also in the IT industry, as a manager in accounting standards and as a financial controller. She was also a lecturer at HEC Montreal in Management Accounting and is still involved as a coach (HEC Montreal and CPA Canada). In Vanuatu, Anne-Laure takes care of the audit and accounting services of AJC.

Josephina Molsul started working on November 2021 as a Junior Accountant & Auditor at AJC. She is a graduate with Economics and Social administration Licence in National University of Vanuatu. She speaks in French, Bislama and a little bit of English.
I worked with AJC from 2009 till 2015 and left. I decided to come back so I started again on the 1st of September 2022. She is originally from Pentecost Island and is fluent in French, English and Bislama. left Vanuatu Institute of Technology with a Brevet d’Etude Professionnel in 2003. In 2007 and 2008, I went to ECF school taking software courses.
Verisha Bakokoto I started working at AJC on July 2021 as an accountant. She has been graduated with a Master degree in economic and social science from the university of Toulouse 1 Capitole relocated in Port Vila Vanuatu in 2016. In addition, Verisha is fluent in French, Bislama and a little bit of English.
Anais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES), obtained in 2019 from the National University of Vanuatu. She started working at AJC in since September 2022 and she works as an accountant at AJC, where she is responsible for bank reconciliations, VAT returns and payroll management for small businesses in Port Vila.
I obtained my year 14 diplome, DAEU (A) at the Lycee Louis Antoine de Bougainville in 2008. I obtain a certificate of Information and Technology (C2i) at the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) in 2008. Actually I am undertaking distance learning courses on Bachelor of Economics and Social Administration (AES) at the National University of Vanuatu. And I wish to further studies to be able to obtain a Master degree in AES. I start working at AJC since January 2022 as a corporate secretary. I am fluent in French, English and Bislama and a beginner in Japanese language.
Anne-Hélène Lefrancq immigrated from France to Canada in 2012 and graduated from HEC Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2016. Anne-Hélène is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada. Before joining AJC, Anne-Hélène worked in the top employers accounting firms in Montreal as an auditor but also as a senior consultant in the Merger and Acquisition transactions department. She is involved as a coach at HEC Montréal. In Vanuatu, Anne-Hélène takes care of the audit and accounting services of AJC.
Leyla Niowenmal started at the firm in March 2015 after graduating from Gisborne Girls’ High School (New Zealand) with a certification of NCEA Level 3. Originally from Malekula island, Leyla is fluent in French, English and Bislama which is an advantage in her relationships with our client base. She is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at a New Zealand university.
