1/ Digital transformation
- Omnichannel strategy: optimize customer experience, activating synergies between stores, social networks, web, direct marketing. Implement customer centricity with SMART objectives.
- Tools: select, implement, and use relevant solutions for ERP, CRM, BI, eshop, web analytics. Train users. Create and maintain databases.
- Processes: change management, iteratively improving the operational Marketing. RACI matrix.
2/ Marketing analysis
- Lead field research, sectorial benchmark, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Recommend mix marketing optimization: Product, Price, Promotion, Communication, and Lay out.
Highly demanding job, for an analytical, motivated, efficient, reliable professional.
Advanced skills required: Excel, Power Point, French and English.
