The registration of trademarks in Vanuatu is made according to international standards and is close monitored and assisted by WIPO. Trademarks that are registered in Vanuatu are protected against unauthorized use only in Vanuatu.

Fees
- Registration fees are 250 USD for one trademark and one class.
- Additional class are 50 USD per trademark.
- AJC professional fees are 250 USD + VAT 15%
