AJC is located in Port Vila, Vanuatu and is a professional firm providing corporate services,
legal advisory, compliance, and business support to both local and international clients. Our
multilingual team assists businesses with company setup, licensing, legal compliance, and
corporate management.
Reporting directly to management, you will manage a portfolio of local and international clients
and help lead our Corporate Services department.This is a key leadership role for a professional
who wants to actively shape the future and support businesses and regulatory advisory services
in Vanuatu.
Main Duties
• Manage company incorporations, restructurings, and ongoing corporate administration
• Prepare and follow up on licensing applications with regulators and authorities
• Ensure compliance with corporate, AML/CFT, and statutory requirements
• Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and business structuring matters
• Communicate with government authorities, regulators, and external partners
• Improve internal processes and help develop the department
• Support and supervise junior team members
Profile
● Master’s degree in Law (business, corporate, banking, or financial law preferred)
● 2–3 years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate services, or law firm environment
● Strong written and spoken English and French a plus
● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files independently
● Comfortable working in an international and regulated environment
